1. About ReviseKit

ReviseKit is a GCSE revision platform that provides flashcards, quizzes, and study tools for students. The service is operated in the United Kingdom. By using ReviseKit, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• Parent accounts are required to use the service. Parents must be 18 or over
• Parents create and manage student accounts for their children
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
• Each parent account supports up to 2 student accounts

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment details are required for the trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the platform.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Test Prep (£2.99/month) — access to the custom quiz builder and quiz history
• ReviseKit Pro (£5.99/month) — full access to all features including all subjects, flashcards, daily review, challenges, and progress tracking
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time
• Upgrades from Test Prep to Pro take effect immediately with prorated billing
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

5. Refunds

As the service offers a free trial and monthly cancellation, refunds are not generally provided. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us and we will review your case.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform for any purpose other than educational revision
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform's content

7. Content

All study content, flashcards, quizzes, and materials on ReviseKit are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. ReviseKit is a revision aid and should be used alongside other study resources.

8. Availability

We aim to keep ReviseKit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all student accounts, progress data, and personal information will be permanently removed.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of any significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
